By creating an account or using StudioFinish ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of StudioFinish, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, or contributors of content.
StudioFinish uses artificial intelligence to transform architectural renders into photo-realistic presentation visuals. All outputs are AI-generated artistic interpretations and are provided for presentation and marketing purposes only.
Generated images do not constitute architectural drawings, engineering specifications, construction documents, permits, or representations of any physical or buildable design. They should not be used as substitutes for professional architectural, engineering, or construction documentation.
AI-generated images may not accurately reflect real-world materials, dimensions, proportions, lighting conditions, or geographic environments. Results will vary based on input image quality, camera angle, and selected settings.
StudioFinish makes no warranty, express or implied, that output images will meet any particular standard of accuracy, realism, or fitness for a specific purpose. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
You are solely responsible for how you use, present, share, or distribute images generated through the Service. By using StudioFinish you agree that:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StudioFinish, its owner, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StudioFinish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if StudioFinish has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
StudioFinish's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for credits in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Credits purchased through StudioFinish are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
StudioFinish may issue credit refunds at its sole discretion for failed or technically defective processing jobs. Refund requests must be submitted to studiofinish.support@gmail.com with your Session Reference ID and a clear description of the issue within 7 days of the job completing.
Refunds are issued as credits to your account and are not refunded to the original payment method. Dissatisfaction with artistic style, color interpretation, or AI aesthetic choices does not constitute grounds for a refund.
You retain full ownership of your original uploaded images. You own the AI-generated output images produced from your uploads and may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.
You grant StudioFinish a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your uploaded images solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. StudioFinish does not claim ownership of your uploaded or generated content and will not use your images for training AI models or for any purpose beyond service delivery.
You may not use the Service to generate, distribute, or present images that are:
StudioFinish reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that StudioFinish determines in its sole discretion to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits at the time of termination for cause will be forfeited.
StudioFinish reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. StudioFinish also reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
In the event of service discontinuation, StudioFinish will make reasonable efforts to notify active users in advance. Refunds for unused credits in such circumstances are at StudioFinish's sole discretion.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
